After studying musical theatre and working professionally in Melbourne, Matthew found national and international profile teaming up with Ricky Martin on The Voice Season 3 and was one of only nine contestants invited back as an All Star for The Voice Season 8. Being signed to Universal Music, Matthew now travels Australia performing as well as working in TV and Radio.
Matthew’s stage credits include; The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, Sweeney Todd, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, Evita and High School Musical to name but a few.
In 2016 Matthew won Best Leading Male in a Musical for his portrayal of Buddy Holly in Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story.
Being heavily tattooed has opened more doors than it has closed with Matthew walking red carpets alongside the likes of Katy Perry, One Direction, INXS and working with everyone from Miss Universe’s Jennifer Hawkins to The Wiggles.

Stompin is a Youth Dance organisation that has been successfully creating a non-competitive, creative environment for young people grow as artists, individuals and citizens through their connection with contemporary dance for over 29 years. Stompin works with young people of Tasmania to create and produce exhilarating dance and arts experiences.
Based in Launceston, Tasmania, Stompin investigates Australian youth culture in a regional context, exploring issues proximate to young people through a collaborative, creative process alongside professional artists. The Company prides itself on its welcoming and non-competitive environment and the promotion of creative and healthy lifestyles for young people through an arts-based dance practice; providing a platform to empower young dancers and makers to believe in the strength of their own voice. The 2021 Sustainable Living Festival's Windor Park location will provide one such extraordinary place.

The 2021 Sustainable Living Festival is excited to welcome the incredible talents of InterWEave Arts REMADE artists to this year's festival. Artists will be roving throughout the festival modelling their incredible works designed and made using a brief that is inclusive to all skill levels, encourages upcycling and provides engagement, community strength, capacity building and connectedness. This platform challenges artists, designer and community to create themed 'wearable art' before enthusiastic audiences. We are sure that our audience will be not only enthusiastic, but will embrace their message of sustainability.
Terrapin creates worlds of creative adventure, often using repurposed or salvaged materials in beautiful ways. The company's in-theatre productions transport children and families to incredible places with narratives of adventure, humour and beauty, while interactive installations use simple technologies in dazzling ways to make audiences of all ages essential creators in transforming public space. We'll be welcoming a special performance from Terrapin to the Sustainable Living Festival.
